Brezza di Sera Agriturismo

We, Kristel and Sven, have been running our agriturismo since 2024 in a fantastic location in Le Marche, nestled between the sea and the mountains. Here, we have our own vineyard, olive grove, truffle forest, vegetable garden, and fruit trees. It’s a place with one of the most stunning views of unspoiled nature, where you can completely unwind and feel at home right away.

Our agriturismo consists of three comfortable apartments for 2+2, 4+2, and 6+2 guests, as well as three luxury glamping tents.

The apartments are equipped with a kitchen and bathroom and are warm, cozy, and modernly furnished. A cooling system ensures a pleasant night’s sleep in a healthy environment.

For those who want to immerse themselves even more in nature, we offer three glamping tents, one of which has a private jacuzzi, each suitable for 4+2 guests. They have a private bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and three bedrooms. The tents are equipped with air conditioning, and a sliding glass door provides a breathtaking view of the vineyard and surrounding landscape.

All kitchens are fully equipped with a combination oven, a large freestanding fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Each accommodation has its own electric barbecue. We also provide high-quality toiletries and bath linen, including pool towels.

Outside, you will find an infinity pool (12m x 6m) with magnesium filtration, which is particularly gentle on the skin. Additionally, there is a pétanque court, a Kubb field, an Ofyr barbecue, a pool table, board games, and books.

We spoil our guests with various extras:

The region also has a lot to offer: the Adriatic coast is just 20 minutes away, and the Monti Sibillini mountain range is only an hour’s drive. The beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno is 30 km away, and many picturesque villages are nearby. The closest village, Montalto delle Marche, is just an 8-minute drive.

For cycling, hiking, shopping (many great outlet stores!), renting a Vespa, and much more, this region is the perfect destination.
